Stop the Blame Games!!

You are all welcome to The Chronicles of a Prophet's Wife.

If it is your first time reading this piece, consider yourself a Dynamite; welcome to the family! Being a Dynamite does not only mean you're a follower of my platforms but somebody seeking to make an impact in this life journey, living by Faith!

If you are returning, you are already a dynamite, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I only ask for one thing, for you to SHARE to be a blessing.

Furthermore, ladies, how are you doing today, and how has your week been?

This blog entry is inspired by the youth I have spoken to in the past. Through conversation I found that they rely on society to construct the blueprint for how they should live their life and when it does not work out the way they want it to; they BLAME those things rather than taking accountability or taking the steps to build a BETTER LIFE. Let me just tell you now - your life SHOULD NEVER be determined by the world around you. The Lord did not create us to FAIL and it is important that you do not measure someone else's journey to determine SUCCESS or FAILURE.

WHAT DOES THE LORD SAY ABOUT YOU? 1 Peter 2:9-10 says - "But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light; 10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy."

God says you are CHOSEN and a SPECIAL PERSON! Which means that your lifestyle shall be clothed by that mentality - eradicating the 'failure' mentality. Your purpose is not catapulted by your current circumstances but shaped by knowing who you are in Jesus Christ. Life owes you NOTHING but life in God gives you EVERYTHING! The key to a successful and fulfilled life is to identify your purpose. Once this is established, you will not be distracted by the lifestyle of others or their/your circumstance. The main things people use as leverage to omit rising up is:

  • Finances

  • Family history

  • Bad experiences in the past

  • Social media

  • Living situations

  • Church politics

Although these all are valid reasons, will you allow them to hinder your GLORIOUS future? Will you keep utilising them as excuses? Are you going to continue to blame them for the stagnancy in your life? The Lord has already said in Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." His plans and thoughts for you are for a beautiful and promised future, therefore, your duty is to walk in that promise and become the person that the Lord wants you to become.

Before you go today: I pray that you come to the realisation of who God created you to be; that you will not STUMBLE NOR FAIL; this generation will HEAR your voice and SEE you as that SPECIAL PERSON in the name of Jesus!

GO FORTH AND PROSPER! For today's blog, I'd like to know your thoughts. Use the comments section to share your thoughts! God bless you all!
